1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FitYoga Now (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Google Account and App Account
2.1 Google Sign-In. FitYoga Now uses Google Sign-In to identify your account for subscription access, purchase restoration, and progress sync. You must have a valid Google account to sign in and use subscription-related features.
2.2 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and device. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Loss of access to your Google account or unauthorized access to your device may result in loss of your data, training progress, or subscription benefits.
2.3 Data Sync. Your data may be synchronized between your device and our cloud servers. If you switch devices, your subscription status and synced progress may be restored by signing in with the same Google account.
2.4 Account Deletion. If you create or use an account in FitYoga Now, you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the App or through our external account deletion channel.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Premium Subscription. FitYoga Now offers a Premium subscription. Access to the complete course library and premium training features requires an active subscription.
3.2 Subscription Benefits. The current subscription page presents the following user-facing benefits:

3.3 Subscription Plans. We offer the following subscription options:

Prices may vary by region. The final displayed price is determined by Google Play.
3.4 Free Trial. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Weekly and monthly plans do not include a free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
3.5 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal according to Google Play's billing rules.
3.6 Management and Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Subscriptions:

● Tap your profile icon
● Tap Payments & subscriptions
● Tap Subscriptions
● Select FitYoga Now
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period or trial period. No refunds are provided by us for unused portions of a billing period.
3.7 Purchase Restoration. If you have an active subscription under the same Google account, you may use the Restore function in the App to refresh your entitlement status.
3.8 Refunds. All subscription payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play in accordance with Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
3.9 Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance where required by applicable law or platform rules.
4. Training Reminder and Safety
4.1 FitYoga Now provides fitness course video content only. We do not offer live instruction, personalized coaching, medical advice, or health assessment of any kind.
4.2 Before any workout, ensure that:
● You have assessed your own health condition and confirm that you are fit for the exercise intensity
● Your training environment is safe and free of obstacles
● You are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear
4.3 During training:
● Know your limits and do not push beyond your physical ability
● Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort
● Pause, skip, or modify any exercise as needed
4.4 Special Conditions. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, are recovering from surgery, or are pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any exercise program.
4.5 Limitation of Safety Liability. Joywe Limited shall not be held liable for any personal injury, health complications, or property damage resulting from improper use of the App, failure to follow safety precautions, or exceeding your physical capabilities.
5. Content and Usage
5.1 License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2 Content Ownership. All course content, including videos, audio, text, images, graphics, and instructional materials, is owned by Joywe Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:
● Copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, or publicly perform any course content
● Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent the App's access control or data integrity mechanisms
● Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
● Interfere with or disrupt the App's services, servers, or networks
● Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
● The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
● Any specific fitness results or health outcomes will be achieved
● The content is suitable, safe, or appropriate for all individuals
7. Health Disclaimer
FitYoga Now provides general fitness guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery.
If you experience any pain, dizziness, nausea, chest discomfort, or unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOYWE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joywe Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
