Joywe Limited ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the FitYoga Now mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you use FitYoga Now, we may collect information you provide directly, including:
- Onboarding answers and training preferences
- Account-related information when you sign in with Google
- Customer support messages or deletion requests
2.2 Google Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we may collect:
- Google Account ID: A unique identifier associated with your FitYoga Now account
- Email Address: If provided through the Google Sign-In flow
- Display Name: If provided through the Google Sign-In flow
2.3 Subscription Data
When you purchase or restore a subscription, we may collect and store:
- Subscription plan type (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Purchase date and expiration date
- Subscription status (active, expired, canceled, refunded, or in trial)
- Free trial status and trial dates
- Auto-renewal status
- Purchase validation data required to verify entitlement
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device ID, device model, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: Workout history, completed sessions, total workout minutes, streak days, progress data, and subscription page interactions
2.5 Advertising and Attribution Data
To support advertising measurement and campaign optimization, we may collect or receive:
- App activation and install attribution data
- Advertising identifiers where permitted by platform settings and applicable law
- Conversion events related to paywall views, trial starts, and subscription purchases
2.6 Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications for workout reminders, product updates, and motivational messages. You can disable these at any time in your device settings or within the App.

We use the collected information to:
- Provide and improve FitYoga Now features and training experiences
- Manage your account and login status
- Process, verify, and restore subscription entitlements
- Grant or restrict access to content based on subscription status
- Track workout progress and usage behavior
- Send reminders and service-related notifications
- Analyze performance, stability, and usage patterns
- Measure advertising performance and optimize acquisition campaigns
- Respond to customer support, account deletion, and legal requests

5. Data Storage and Security
Your data may be stored locally on your device and synchronized to our cloud servers. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
FitYoga Now is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Account Deletion and Data Removal
8.1 In-App Account Deletion. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the App through the account deletion entry in Settings.
Upon account deletion:
- Personal information associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems, subject to legal and operational exceptions
- Synced workout history, progress data, and account-linked preferences may be deleted
- Deleting your FitYoga Now account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately through Google Play
8.2 External Deletion Request. If you are unable to access the in-app deletion entry, you may request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected] using the subject line Delete FitYoga Now Account. Please include the Google account email associated with your FitYoga Now account so we can verify and process your request.
8.3 Exceptions. Certain information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing verification, or enforcement of legal rights.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for certain processing activities
- Opt out of push notifications
- Object to certain processing where permitted by law
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
